We guarantee shipment within 24 hours / the next business day after payment is confirmed. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). -
Our Strategic Shipping Hub
To ensure fast and cost-effective delivery to our customers worldwide, we operate from a strategically located warehouse in Lingang area, Shanghai, near the Tesla Gigafactory. This allows us to efficiently consolidate and dispatch orders directly via air freight. -

We ship all international orders via reliable air freight through our trusted logistics partner, YunExpress.

- Asia Pacific: Japan, Singapore
For Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories, only YunExpress tracking will be provided — no local last-mile carrier tracking number. For the United Kingdom, remote areas and overseas territories are excluded.

The Journey to You: 2-Stage Delivery Process
Delivery consists of two stages combined:
- First Stage: Shipping from Shanghai to the destination country
- Second Stage: Local last-mile delivery

Once the package arrives and clears customs, it will be handed off to a local partner carrier:
- United States (contiguous 48 states): USPS. For Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories: YunExpress tracking only — no local carrier tracking number provided.
- Germany & Netherlands: DHL
- United Kingdom: Evri
- Spain: CTT
- France: Colisprive
- Japan / Singapore / New Zealand / Hungary / Poland / Denmark / Finland / Norway / Ireland / Belgium / Austria / Switzerland: Authorized local logistics providers
4. Order Tracking
We provide full tracking for your peace of mind.
Initial Tracking: You will receive a YunExpress order number immediately after your order ships. Use this number to track the package from our warehouse to your destination country.
Local Carrier Tracking: For the U.S. (contiguous 48 states), Germany, Netherlands, UK, Spain & France: Once the local carrier receives the package, you will get a corresponding local tracking number. For Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, and all other regions: Only the YunExpress tracking number will be provided.
5. Customs and Import Duties
At Call3D, we strive to offer transparent and stable pricing. Our product prices currently include our assessment of applicable import duties and taxes for standard shipments.
However, international trade policies are subject to change. If unexpected regulatory adjustments occur (e.g., new tariffs or significant rate increases) after your order ships, we reserve the right to offer you two options:
- Pay the Surcharge: Settle the additional fees to release your shipment from customs.
- Cancel Order & Request Refund: If you decline the surcharge, the shipment may be abandoned or returned to us. Upon confirmed return to our warehouse, we will refund the product cost only—original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We will notify you promptly if such a situation arises. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
6. Potential for Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Customs inspection holdups
- Severe weather events or carrier service disruptions
- Peak holiday seasons (e.g., November–January)
