At Call3D, we stand behind the quality of our 3D printer replacement parts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return & exchange process to ensure your peace of mind.

1. 30-Day Return Window


We accept eligible returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition and packaging
  • With all original parts, accessories, and labels included

2. Return & Exchange Warehouse by Region


All returns and exchanges must be sent to the designated warehouse based on your location:

  • For customers in the United States:

    Return or exchange to our Houston, USA returns warehouse.

  • For customers in Europe:

    Return or exchange to our Germany returns warehouse.

  • For customers in all other regions:

    Return or exchange to our Shanghai, China returns warehouse.

Our customer service team will provide the full return address upon return/exchange approval.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service at support@call-3d.com
  2. Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and product photos (if applicable)
  3. Wait for our approval and detailed return instructions
Do NOT return items without prior approval — unauthorized returns may be rejected or delayed.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed through the official Shopify app channel.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds typically take 2 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility for all returns or exchanges.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible:
  • Used or installed parts
  • Items damaged due to improper use, installation, or modification
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Items returned past the 30-day window
