Warranty Policy

Call3D warrants to the original purchaser that each new product will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used normally and appropriately. This Limited Warranty spans a variable period ranging from 30 days to 6 months from the date of purchase, depending on the specific product.

This warranty duration reflects Call3D’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction for all our products within their respective warranty periods. Please refer to the product documentation or contact our customer support at support@call-3d.com for the exact warranty period applicable to your product.

Please note the following:

  • Warranty applies to purchases made on our website call-3d.com.
  • Only the original buyer is eligible for warranty coverage.
  • A valid proof of purchase must be presented for any warranty claim.
  • Approved warranty returns must be sent to our return warehouse in Houston, TX, USA. Contact us for details.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to Call3D and must provide a valid tracking number.
  • For items bought through Amazon or authorized dealers, initiate warranty claims through the respective channel:
    • Amazon: support@call-3d.com
    • Authorized Dealers: Contact the seller directly.


For clarity and without limiting the scope, the following conditions do not constitute defects in material or workmanship:

  • Normal wear and tear and/or required maintenance during regular use.
  • Damage due to improper handling, storage, mounting, installation, lubrication, or failure to perform necessary maintenance.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, acts of God, or external forces.
  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to nicks, scratches, and discoloration that does not affect product functionality.

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCT. IT IS OFFERED EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL OF WHICH ARE DISCLAIMED.

To the extent a state or jurisdiction prohibits the disclaimer of implied warranties, such implied warranties are limited to the stated Limited Warranty period.



RETURN POLICY (NEW ADDITION)


To improve customer experience, Call3D accepts unused, unopened, and factory-sealed products for return and refund:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original, resalable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Returns must be shipped to our warehouse in Houston, TX, USA.
  • Once the unopened item is received and inspected, a full refund for the product price will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Opened, used, damaged, or customized items are not eligible for this return policy.



LIMITED REMEDIES


Should the Product exhibit a defect in materials and/or workmanship within the Limited Warranty Period, Call3D shall provide a replacement for the Product. Call3D will cover the cost of parts for the replacement at no charge to the Customer. However, the Customer is responsible for any labor costs associated with the removal and installation of the Product.

The Customer must bear and prepay all shipping or transportation expenses related to warranty service, including return of the Product to our Houston return warehouse. Furthermore, the risk of loss or damage to the Product during transit shall be borne by the Customer until duly received by Call3D.

Subject to applicable law, these stipulated remedies are exclusive and represent the Customer’s entire remedy.



INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE DISCLAIMER


EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, CALL3D DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING FROM USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT. THIS EXCLUSION ALSO APPLIES TO BREACHES OF WARRANTY, BOTH EXPRESS AND IMPLIED. LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PRODUCT PURCHASE PRICE, REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF ANY CLAIM.



WARRANTY SERVICE


If you need to submit a warranty claim, please fill out the Warranty Claim Form, describing the issue in detail and providing accurate order information for verification. Our customer service team will contact you after receiving your claim.

Once confirmed as an eligible Call3D product within the Limited Warranty Period, you will receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and return instructions to our Houston warehouse. For more information, email hello@call-3d.com.



GOVERNING LAW


This Limited Warranty and Return Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, excluding any choice or conflict of law provision that might apply the laws of another jurisdiction. If any provision is determined invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
