What is your pricing advantage for bulk orders?

Leveraging our distributed manufacturing network, we ensure high production flexibility to offer a highly competitive price of under $15/kg(approximately $6.80/lb). This cost efficiency benefits everyone, from large-scale 3D printing farms to distributors and resellers. Furthermore, our specialized quality management guarantees consistent filament diameter and color batch-to-batch, and we provide comprehensive after-sales support to resolve any production issues.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ for bulk production is 50kg or 100Kg depends on the material (approximately 110 or 220 lbs) per order. This is significantly more flexible.

Can I adjust the material properties of the PLA?

Absolutely. We offer two efficient paths for material modification :

Option A (New Formulations): Based on your requirements, we will prepare a new Discovery Kit with up to 5 new formulations for you to test.

Option B (Sample Modification): We can modify the properties of a sample from your initial kit and send you a 1-2kg (2.2-4.4 lbs) sample spool for validation before proceeding with bulk production.

 What is the typical lead time?

Discovery Kit (Samples): Shipped via air freight, with a typical delivery time of 6-10 business days to the US after ordering.

Bulk Production Order: Once confirmed, bulk orders are shipped by sea freight, with a transit time of 1-2 months, depending on the destination and shipping schedule.

Do you ship to regions outside the United States?

Currently, our online Discovery Kit is primarily available for the continental US. For international customers, due to varying shipping costs and local import taxes, the kit cannot be purchased directly through our Shopify store. Please contact us directly, and we will create a custom purchase link with accurate shipping and tax calculations for your region.
