Can I enable Sports Mode with a high-flow hotend/nozzle?

Not recommended. On the H2 series, Sports Mode has been associated with higher mechanical stress, and cases of fatigue-related failure have been reported (for example, on the left-side XY motor shaft). For reliability, avoid combining a high-flow nozzle/hotend with Sports Mode.

Do I need to recalibrate flow after switching from a standard nozzle to a high-flow nozzle?

In most cases you should re-run the basic setup after the swap: update the nozzle type to High Flow in the printer settings, redo bed leveling, and set the nozzle/flow profile to High Flow in your slicer. Some speed parameters (such as sparse infill) may adjust automatically when the High Flow profile is selected. Also choose the matching High Flow option in your filament profile if available.
