Bambu P2S Nozzle
Product Description
This OEM P2S nozzle (a complete P2S hotend with nozzle) is designed for Bambu Lab P2S. Choose 0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8 mm nozzle diameters to match detail vs. throughput, with Standard Flow (everyday printing) and High Flow (high-speed printing) options depending on the variant—larger sizes can support faster printing when your filament and settings allow (results vary). Max printing temperature is 350°C (662°F). Swap only after the hotend fully cools down, and avoid touching the heat block. Results vary by filament, slicer settings, firmware, and installation.
Easier fitment, fewer variables
This OEM P2S hotend-with-nozzle assembly lets you pick 0.2/0.4/0.6/0.8 mm to match your print goals—fine detail (0.2 mm), balanced daily printing (0.4 mm), or higher flow for faster output (0.6/0.8 mm, scenario-dependent). Keeping a spare assembly can reduce downtime when a nozzle clogs or wears out.
Features & Requirements
- Helps restore reliable printing when a nozzle is worn/clogged by swapping the full hotend assembly (results vary)
- Helps tune detail vs. speed by choosing nozzle diameter (results vary)
- For Bambu Lab P2S
- Quick-swap latch design for easier hotend removal/installation (swap only after cooling down)
- Max printing temperature: 350°C (662°F)
Product Specification
- Max printing temperature: 350°C (662°F)
- Standard-flow hotend (typical 0.4 mm) recommended volumetric flow: 24–40 mm³/s
PLA / PETG HF: ~24 mm³/s recommended starting point - High-flow hotend recommended volumetric flow: 40–65 mm³/s
PLA: 40–48 mm³/s
PETG HF: 32 mm³/s - Length: 49.2 mm (1.94 in)
- Packaging size: 60 × 60 × 30 mm (2.36 × 2.36 × 1.18 in)
- Packaging weight: 0.026 kg (0.057 lb)
Better Than: unknown-fit alternatives
Some users prefer OEM hotends over off-brand alternatives because fit, heating behavior, and day-to-day consistency can be more predictable—especially for High Flow configurations where small mechanical or nozzle-geometry differences can affect calibration and clogging behavior. Performance still varies by filament, print settings, firmware, and installation.

FAQs about Bambu P2S Nozzle (Hotend with Nozzle)
Do I need to remove leftover filament from a removed nozzle/hotend?
If you’ll keep printing the same material, you usually don’t need to—your next print will typically purge the small остатки/leftover filament. If you’re switching to a different material, you can remove the leftover filament first (for example, use pliers to pull it out once it’s safe to handle).
I opened both latches, but the hotend won’t come out—what should I do?
Gently grip the lower-left area of the heatsink (the section with the white printed text) with pliers and pull upward to lift the hotend out. Avoid squeezing the heater block, and only do this after the hotend has fully cooled down.

Found this shop on Reddit, chatted with a real person about the P2S filter I needed. Asked if they could ship to SG, they checked and made it happen! Super happy because this filter is basically impossible to find locally and always out of stock everywhere else. Fast, friendly, and solved my problem perfectly. Will buy again!

Bought a ventilation system but changed my mind last minute. I thought returns would be a huge hassle, but they told me there’s a return warehouse in Houston only about a 10-minute drive from where I live in Missouri City. Drove over and returned it super easily. Super convenient return process, great experience overall!

Just what I needed for my nozzle arsenal.
Call3D shipped fast and everything showed up in great condition. I went with OEM parts because I wanted less guesswork—installed and got clean prints without needing to re-tune a bunch of parameters. If you just want it to work, this is a solid option.
I’m using this for detailed, color-layered relief prints and it’s been producing very clean results. Setup and installation were simple. If you care about surface detail, this is a nice upgrade.
Real OEM hotend assembly—solid all-metal build, quick heat-up, and stable temps. I’ve been running PLA and PETG and it’s been smooth with fewer clogs and cleaner extrusion compared with the worn hotend I replaced. The best part is the fit: it installs like the original with no weird gaps or forcing anything. Keeping a spare on the shelf is totally worth it if you print a lot and want zero downtime.
