Choose the Right Nozzle Size
Choose 0.2 mm for fine details, 0.4 mm for everyday printing, or 0.6 / 0.8 mm for larger parts and higher material throughput.

The nozzle and hotend form one replacement unit. The latch-based quick-swap design lets you remove and install the unit after it has cooled.
In stock
The Bambu X2D hotend is a genuine Bambu Lab replacement with an integrated nozzle for either the main or auxiliary toolhead. It gives X2D owners a straightforward way to replace a worn hotend, keep a spare on hand, or prepare a different nozzle size for the next project. Each package contains one complete hotend with nozzle.
Choose the diameter that fits your work: 0.2 mm supports fine details on small models, while 0.4 mm offers a balance for everyday printing. The 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm options suit larger parts and higher material throughput. Standard Flow and High Flow versions offer different choices for print workflows, with High Flow using an optimized melt zone for greater volumetric throughput. Available flow types depend on the selected size.
The integrated nozzle and hotend are replaced as one unit, and the latch-based quick-swap design makes it convenient to change assemblies after they have cooled. The same hotend can be used on either side of the X2D. For dual-nozzle printing, both nozzles must currently have the same diameter. Select the appropriate variant and filament profile for the intended print.

Bambu Lab X2D Nozzle & Hotend Overview
A genuine option for owners choosing between standard and high flow
For X2D owners who prefer an original replacement, this range offers standard-flow and high-flow choices rather than requiring a switch to a third-party design. Standard flow suits everyday printing and includes a 0.2 mm option for finer detail. High flow is available in 0.4, 0.6 and 0.8 mm for users prioritizing higher throughput. Choose by model, filament and print profile rather than assuming every size and material works with every variant.

Frequently Asked Questions About Bambu Lab X2D Nozzle & Hotend
My X2D has two wipers too. Recently, my auxiliary nozzle started oozing—how can I reduce it?
First, update your printer firmware/software to the latest version. If the auxiliary nozzle is still leaving ooze during wiping, try disabling the auxiliary-nozzle wiping routine in your settings. Behavior can vary by filament, temperature, and standby conditions, so confirm the current options in your firmware UI.
Can I use a 0.6/0.8 mm nozzle on the auxiliary hotend to print infill, while a smaller nozzle prints the outer walls?
Currently, the Bambu Lab X2D requires the same nozzle diameter on both hotends for dual-nozzle printing. Mixed-diameter support may be introduced in a future firmware update; check Bambu Lab’s release notes for the latest information.
Can the nozzle be replaced separately?
No. The nozzle is integrated into the hotend. Replace the complete hotend-with-nozzle unit after it has cooled.
What is the difference between standard-flow and high-flow hotends?
Standard Flow is intended for everyday printing; High Flow uses an optimized melt zone for higher volumetric throughput. High-flow options are available in selected diameters. Follow the correct filament and printer profile for your chosen variant.

If customers need help before ordering or encounter a problem afterward, they can contact the same team that selected and documented the product.
We focus on long-term customer relationships, clear communication, and responsible after-sales support rather than a one-time transaction.

Found this shop on Reddit, chatted with a real person about the P2S filter I needed. Asked if they could ship to SG, they checked and made it happen! Super happy because this filter is basically impossible to find locally and always out of stock everywhere else. Fast, friendly, and solved my problem perfectly. Will buy again!

When EP invited me to Shenzhen back in 2019, I was absolutely blown away by the hardware innovation coming out of China. Just one year later, Bambu Lab burst onto the scene—and their solutions have grown right alongside Bambu, evolving from the very beginning to where they are today.

Bought a ventilation system but changed my mind last minute. I thought returns would be a huge hassle, but they told me there’s a return warehouse in Houston only about a 10-minute drive from where I live in Missouri City. Drove over and returned it super easily. Super convenient return process, great experience overall!

I print with a 0.2mm nozzle for almost everything day to day. When I picked up the X2D, the first thing I did was order two 0.2mm hotends so I’d have a backup right away.
0.2 mm is amazing for fine text and small details, and 0.6 mm is my go-to when I want speed. Coming from the standard 0.4 mm, having these diameter options makes the printer way more versatile. I’m happy with the results so far and will probably try other nozzle options next.
Shipping from Call3D was quick and the part arrived well packed. Since it’s an official/OEM-style hotend, I didn’t have to fight settings—installed it and prints looked good right away. Nice peace of mind compared with experimenting with random hotends.
