Call3D TZ2.0 Hotend — P1S & X1C Nozzle Upgrade
Product Description
Why Upgrade to a Detachable Nozzle Hotend for P1S & X1C?
Many users rotate nozzle sizes to match different needs: a smaller nozzle for fine details and a larger nozzle for faster printing. A detachable-nozzle hotend is designed to make nozzle replacement simpler and faster than hotend swaps that require removing more parts (exact steps vary). It can be a practical workflow upgrade for creators who frequently change nozzles or want a more convenient maintenance routine.
Features & Requirements
- Nickel-plated CuCrZr heater block: Improves heat transfer and supports the published system flow of up to 35 mm³/s.
- Reinforced anti-loosening structure: Titanium-alloy screws, stepped heatbreak retention and threaded nozzle locking help reduce impact damage, separation and leakage.
- Precision-finished internal flow path: Ra 0.4 μm heatbreak and nozzle surfaces help reduce resistance, residue buildup and clogging risk.
- Four hardened-steel nozzle options: Choose 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 or 0.8 mm for detail, balanced printing or higher throughput.
- Fully serviceable material system: Replace the nozzle, heatbreak or aluminum heatsink separately, then switch to compatible brass or tungsten carbide nozzles.

Better Than Full Hotend Swaps for Frequent Nozzle Changes
Compared with the stock integrated hotend, the Call3D TZ2.0 adds mechanical reinforcement and a more serviceable sealing structure. A nozzle collision can place bending stress on the original integrated assembly; the Call3D heater block is connected to the aluminum heatsink by two titanium-alloy screws to strengthen the hotend stack. The stock heatbreak uses a straight press-fit interface that may loosen after repeated heating cycles. Call3D uses a stepped stop at the bottom of the heatbreak to limit axial movement, while the threaded nozzle tightens and locks the heater block, heatbreak and nozzle together. This design is intended to reduce separation and leakage risks compared with basic third-party replaceable-nozzle designs and the stock integrated structure.

FAQs about Bambu Lab P1S & X1C Nozzle Upgrade — Call3D TZ2.0 Detachable Hotend
What’s the difference between TZ1.0 / TZ2.0 / TZ3.0 / TZ4.0, and which one is more reliable?
Based on our compatibility checks and after-sales feedback, TZ2.0 has been the most stable version for Bambu Lab printer fitment. Some later versions (such as TZ3.0 / TZ4.0) may show material leaking/oozing in certain batches or usage conditions. For long-term stability and easier support, we currently focus on selling TZ2.0.

Found this shop on Reddit, chatted with a real person about the P2S filter I needed. Asked if they could ship to SG, they checked and made it happen! Super happy because this filter is basically impossible to find locally and always out of stock everywhere else. Fast, friendly, and solved my problem perfectly. Will buy again!

Bought a ventilation system but changed my mind last minute. I thought returns would be a huge hassle, but they told me there’s a return warehouse in Houston only about a 10-minute drive from where I live in Missouri City. Drove over and returned it super easily. Super convenient return process, great experience overall!

The official nozzle replacement is too troublesome; you have to remove the hot end and the fan. I want to print 3D photos with 0.2mm, use 0.4mm for general purposes, and print quickly with 0.6mm.
I’ve been going crazy dealing with clogs lately—replaced two hotends in just two weeks! As soon as I swapped it out for the Call3D hotend, it worked perfectly right away. And honestly, every time I buy an official Bambu hotend, they always feel like they’re already bent straight out of the box.
Upgrade differs from the original Bambu Labs part in three key ways, with the hardened steel nozzle being the most significant improvement. First, the nozzle’s material and manufacturing process set it apart: Call3D’s design is far more wear-resistant and durable, capable of printing approximately 2–3 kilograms of carbon fiber without compromise. Visually, you’ll notice the nozzle’s inner bore and outer walls are noticeably smoother—completely free of burrs—with a tighter aperture tolerance for consistent performance. Additionally, unlike the original factory’s set screws (which tend to loosen over time with use), the two throat retention screws on Call3D upgrade are crafted from titanium alloy, delivering rock-solid stability I can trust.
The Bambu Lab X1 nozzle had a throat clog, but it came out after poking around a bit. The hotends I bought from other brands before were just so-so; I recommend this one.
