FNATR P1S Ventilation System for Bambu Lab P1S/X1C
FNATR P1S Ventilation System for Bambu Lab P1S/X1C
Reduced Printing Emissions
Filters printer exhaust to help reduce airborne particles, VOCs, and printing odors before air returns to the room. A connected, well-sealed exhaust route helps direct air through the filter rather than relying on room-air dilution alone.
Adjustable Airflow, Better Heat Balance
Three airflow levels let you adjust exhaust extraction to suit your material and setup. Start low for ABS/ASA and monitor chamber temperature; higher airflow can increase cooling and noise, so the highest setting is not always the best choice.

FNATR’s P1S ventilation system filters exhaust from Bambu Lab P1S/X1C printers to help reduce airborne particles, VOCs, and printing odors before air returns to the room. External filtration provides an exhaust-filtering option for your printer setup.
Three airflow levels let you balance extraction with chamber heat retention during ABS and ASA printing. You can also adjust ventilation for other materials. Start with low airflow and monitor the chamber temperature while printing to find a suitable balance for your setup.
Before installation, print the rear-exhaust connector needed to connect the system. A compatible self-printed riser provides an alternative connection route. Check hose connections for leaks when setting up the system. Call3D includes a local plug adapter for your shipping destination.
Choose the Standard bundle with one filter included, or the Value Pack with three filters in total: one included filter and two extra filters. Maintain the filters during use and keep the room ventilated. Filtration does not replace outdoor exhaust where feasible.

FNATR P1S Ventilation System Overview
Why This Beats DIY Home Purifier Mods?
DIY purifier mods often lack true negative pressure, so fumes can leak through gaps instead of being pulled into a controlled exhaust path. And most DIY setups mainly dilute room air; this system is designed to filter in a single-direction path closer to the source.

Frequently Asked Questions About FNATR P1S Ventilation System
How long do the filters last? When should I replace them?
Filter lifespan depends on the fan speed you use:
Level 1: Up to 600 hours
Level 2: Up to 400 hours
Level 3: Up to 200 hours
We recommend replacing the filter set once the rated hours are reached to maintain optimal filtration efficiency, air quality, and performance.
Does the unit support 220V power?
Yes, the power adapter supports 100–240V (50/60Hz) for worldwide use.
Will external ventilation cool the P1S chamber during ABS/ASA printing?
Extracting chamber air draws in replacement air and can lower the chamber temperature. FNATR’s three airflow levels let you adjust extraction rather than always running at maximum speed. Start with Level 1, confirm airflow through the connected filter, and monitor chamber temperature and print quality before increasing speed. For ABS/ASA, avoid unnecessary cooling that may contribute to warping. The P1S chamber is heated indirectly by the bed, not actively temperature-controlled. No fixed temperature drop or guaranteed heat retention is specified for this installation.
How should I set the P1S chamber fan when using FNATR?
There is no single chamber-fan percentage that suits every material and exhaust route. Use your material’s recommended printer settings as a starting point, run FNATR at a low level, and confirm that air flows from the chamber through the connected filter. Monitor chamber temperature and print quality, then adjust extraction as needed. For PLA/PETG, preserve the cooling required by the print; for ABS/ASA, avoid excessive chamber cooling. Do not automatically switch off the original fan, remove its carbon filter, or block electronics-cooling openings based on a different DIY setup. Connecting FNATR does not establish automatic printer synchronization or temperature-based control.

If customers need help before ordering or encounter a problem afterward, they can contact the same team that selected and documented the product.
We focus on long-term customer relationships, clear communication, and responsible after-sales support rather than a one-time transaction.

Found this shop on Reddit, chatted with a real person about the P2S filter I needed. Asked if they could ship to SG, they checked and made it happen! Super happy because this filter is basically impossible to find locally and always out of stock everywhere else. Fast, friendly, and solved my problem perfectly. Will buy again!

When EP invited me to Shenzhen back in 2019, I was absolutely blown away by the hardware innovation coming out of China. Just one year later, Bambu Lab burst onto the scene—and their solutions have grown right alongside Bambu, evolving from the very beginning to where they are today.

Bought a ventilation system but changed my mind last minute. I thought returns would be a huge hassle, but they told me there’s a return warehouse in Houston only about a 10-minute drive from where I live in Missouri City. Drove over and returned it super easily. Super convenient return process, great experience overall!

I previously made a DIY ventilation setup, but because I could not adjust the fan speed, the chamber temperature was not very stable. I switched to the Fnatr unit, and the adjustable airflow made the setup much easier to control.
For the sealing and connection part, I did not use the official method. I used my own magnetic quick-release setup instead. When I am not using the purifier, I can remove the printers duct, and I also use a plug to seal the purifier outlet. This makes the whole system cleaner and more convenient for daily use.
This ventilation system works well, and the three-speed adjustment is useful for controlling the chamber temperature. The airflow is strong enough to make a noticeable difference, but the suction strength and noise level increase together as the fan speed goes up. I found that the highest setting can cool PETG too much and may cause some shrinkage, as shown in the photo. For PETG, I prefer using a lower speed to keep the chamber more stable while still getting ventilation.
After using it for a while, the effect was immediately noticeable. When printing ABS, there is basically no smell in the room. I kept the original filter installed, turned off the printer's chamber fan, and only used the external purifier. With the room at about 20'C, the chamber stayed around 42'C, which worked well for me.
One note on installation: the included rear connector did not fit my setup because I did not have enough space on either side of the printer. I found a magnetic version on MakerWorld that routes a 60 mm duct upward, and that matched my needs perfectly. To form proper negative pressure inside the chamber, I also recommend sealing the rear mainboard cooling opening. The poop chute can also be replaced with a sealed version from MakerWorld; otherwise, it is harder for the chamber to maintain negative pressure.
I bought this ventilation system and it works very well. One suggestion for a future version would be to add an in-chamber thermal sensor for the exhaust fan, so it can automatically turn on negative-pressure filtered ventilation once the chamber reaches a set temperature. That would help maintain warmth for printing while still managing fumes effectively. Ideally, after filtration, the exhaust could also be connected to a tube that vents outdoors instead of accumulating air indoors. Also, for coconut-shell charcoal or activated-carbon filter materials, please make sure to use non-acid-washed carbon.
This is a great upgrade, but if you're trying to capture all the fumes...why leave the poop chute sit open? Extend the ventilation hood to cover both openings.
