Designed exclusively for flexible TPU filaments, this high-flow hotend features a specialized internal coating and optimized melt zone for smooth, consistent extrusion. It works seamlessly with Bambu TPU 85A, 90A, 95A, and 95A HF materials, with pre-calibrated profiles that require no extra slicer adjustment.

The complete kit includes 0.4mm and 0.6mm high-flow nozzles plus all installation accessories for fast, plug-and-play setup. It is intended for TPU only; using hard filaments such as PLA or PETG will damage the nozzle coating.

Can I use the TPU Nozzle with other filaments besides TPU?

No. This Bambu TPU Nozzle (H2D TPU High‑Flow Kit) is only designed for flexible TPU filaments (85A, 90A, 95A, 95A HF). Using hard materials like PLA, PETG, ABS, or standard filaments will damage the specialized internal coating and ruin TPU printing performance. It is strictly for H2D / H2D Pro TPU use only.

Will installing the H2D TPU High-Flow Kit affect any printer functions?

This Bambu TPU Nozzle kit must be installed on the right hotend only. After installation, the filament cutter function is no longer supported, and automatic filament change, auto load, and auto unload will be disabled. Installing this kit on the left hotend may cause hotend lift mechanism errors or abnormal function. Please follow the official installation guide to avoid damage to your H2D / H2D Pro printer.
