Bambu Lab X2D Nozzle & Hotend
Product Description
This genuine Bambu Lab X2D nozzle and hotend assembly is engineered for reliable performance across diverse printing workflows. Choose 0.2 mm for precision detail work, 0.4 mm for versatile daily printing, or 0.6/0.8 mm high-flow options to maximize speed and material throughput on production runs. Compatible with both left and right extruder positions on X2D systems. For safe maintenance, always allow the hotend to cool completely before nozzle replacement. Validate installation with a test print to confirm optimal extrusion and print quality. Genuine OEM construction ensures durability and consistent thermal performance up to 350°C.
When to Choose this Bambu Lab X2D OEM Nozzle & Hotend ?
- Many third-party nozzle systems use a replaceable-nozzle design, which can be useful for advanced users but may add extra setup, tightening, sealing, and maintenance requirements. This Bambu Lab X2D OEM Nozzle & Hotend keeps the hotend and nozzle as one replacement assembly. If the nozzle becomes clogged and cannot be cleaned reliably, replacing the assembly can be the simpler option.
- Current Bambu Lab nozzle options are Stainless Steel/ Hardened Steel rather than specially coated nozzles. Hardened steel is suitable for more abrasive use than standard nozzles, but it can still wear when printing carbon-fiber-filled materials, marble-style filaments, and other filled or abrasive materials. If you often print these materials, keeping a replacement hotend like Phaetus Conch Hotend can help reduce downtime. If you mainly print PLA and do not experience clogging or wear issues, there may be no need to replace the hotend proactively.

FAQs about Genuine Bambu Lab X2D Nozzle & Hotend
My X2D has two wipers too. Recently, my auxiliary nozzle started oozing—how can I reduce it?
First, update your printer firmware/software to the latest version. If the auxiliary nozzle is still leaving ooze during wiping, try disabling the auxiliary-nozzle wiping routine in your settings. Behavior can vary by filament, temperature, and standby conditions, so confirm the current options in your firmware UI.
Can I use a 0.6/0.8 mm nozzle on the auxiliary hotend to print infill, while a smaller nozzle prints the outer walls?
In theory, using a larger nozzle for internal features (like infill) and a smaller nozzle for outer walls makes sense. In practice, multi-nozzle slicing for mixed nozzle diameters isn’t mature yet: most dual-nozzle workflows are optimized for same-size nozzles, or for material-based splitting (such as supports/interface). With different diameters, you may run into inconsistent line widths, surface transitions, calibration differences, and unpredictable tool-change time. For now, it’s safer to keep both nozzles the same diameter and use the second nozzle mainly for support interface/contact layers rather than full infill

Found this shop on Reddit, chatted with a real person about the P2S filter I needed. Asked if they could ship to SG, they checked and made it happen! Super happy because this filter is basically impossible to find locally and always out of stock everywhere else. Fast, friendly, and solved my problem perfectly. Will buy again!

Bought a ventilation system but changed my mind last minute. I thought returns would be a huge hassle, but they told me there’s a return warehouse in Houston only about a 10-minute drive from where I live in Missouri City. Drove over and returned it super easily. Super convenient return process, great experience overall!

I print with a 0.2mm nozzle for almost everything day to day. When I picked up the X2D, the first thing I did was order two 0.2mm hotends so I’d have a backup right away.
0.2 mm is amazing for fine text and small details, and 0.6 mm is my go-to when I want speed. Coming from the standard 0.4 mm, having these diameter options makes the printer way more versatile. I’m happy with the results so far and will probably try other nozzle options next.
Shipping from Call3D was quick and the part arrived well packed. Since it’s an official/OEM-style hotend, I didn’t have to fight settings—installed it and prints looked good right away. Nice peace of mind compared with experimenting with random hotends.
