My P2S already came with official anti‑vibration feet. Do I still need this?

Not always. Many users will be satisfied with the official Bambu feet. We suggest printing for a while on the stock/official setup first. If you still have resonant desk noise, vibration transfer, or noticeable ringing/ghosting at your preferred speed settings, this HULA-style set can be used as an additional isolation layer.

Do I need to remove the existing feet before installing the FNATR set?

It depends on your P2S’s factory configuration. Early batches shipped without official Bambu Lab Floating Damper Feet, while some later batches include them following a factory configuration update. If the official damper feet are already installed, leave them in place and position the FNATR feet underneath them. If your printer does not have the official damper feet, position the FNATR set beneath its four support points. Make sure all four feet are seated securely before printing.

These damper feet are excellent and customer service is gold standard.

I had an issue with my local courier, the Call3D staff couldn't have been more helpful, responsive, and attentive. They did everything they could to sort it out and offered a full refund.
Miraculously my local courier delivers the item. 20 minutes later I had them installed, re-calibrated and tried a print....... wow..... what a difference. My P2S hardly moves or judders, I'd say 90%, if not more, of the vibrating has stopped.
I can't recommend this product and the Call3D team enough.
