The official nozzle replacement is too troublesome; you have to remove the hot end and the fan. I want to print 3D photos with 0.2mm, use 0.4mm for general purposes, and print quickly with 0.6mm.

I’ve been going crazy dealing with clogs lately—replaced two hotends in just two weeks! As soon as I swapped it out for the Call3D hotend, it worked perfectly right away. And honestly, every time I buy an official Bambu hotend, they always feel like they’re already bent straight out of the box.

Different from the bambu one

Upgrade differs from the original Bambu Labs part in three key ways, with the hardened steel nozzle being the most significant improvement. First, the nozzle’s material and manufacturing process set it apart: Call3D’s design is far more wear-resistant and durable, capable of printing approximately 2–3 kilograms of carbon fiber without compromise. Visually, you’ll notice the nozzle’s inner bore and outer walls are noticeably smoother—completely free of burrs—with a tighter aperture tolerance for consistent performance.
